As you might be able to work out, WPanorama is a special image viewer for panoramic photos.

WPanorama lets you enjoy this type of composition in all its splendour, thanks to an interface that automatically shows an image as a panorama (360º). With this program you can display panoramic pictures by letting them scroll horizontally or vertically on the screen. You can use this software to view the gorgeous 360° Swiss panorama included with the program. It is possible to display in full screen mode slide shows which aspect ratio, is different from the one of the display, it has a mirror function for special interesting effects, miscellaneous stretch filters, variable scroll increment and speed, etc
